Manufacturing Technician (EUV)

Location: Colorado Springs, CO, United States; onsite work in cleanroom and controlled production environments

Salary: $21–$23 per hour, depending on skills and experience

What you will do

• Perform ultrasonic, manual, and final cleaning of EUV pod bases and covers according to documented instructions and cleanliness standards.
• Support EUV assembly using fixtures and hand tools, including basic mechanical assembly and precision component handling.
• Conduct visual and cosmetic inspections, identify defects, and escalate quality concerns.
• Perform trained finishing operations such as sanding, masking, bead blasting, and final washing.
• Track serial numbers, checklists, pass-downs, and production traceability in MES, SAP, and CamLine.
• Complete packaging, labeling, door torque testing, cleanroom organization, 5S activities, and safety reporting.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of experience in manufacturing, production, or a cleanroom environment.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to read product-specification diagrams and use measurement tools such as calipers, indicators, and CMM equipment.
• Strong attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, communication, and ability to follow documented processes within tight tolerances.
• Ability to work in a cleanroom with required PPE, stand and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods, and lift or move up to 50 pounds daily.
