About the Role

You will handle customer calls and emails, helping with app questions and account issues while turning frustrating moments into positive experiences. You will meet quality and efficiency targets, collaborate with colleagues, share learnings, identify patterns, and suggest improvements. You will work on-site in Copenhagen Monday to Friday from 8 to 4.

Requirements

• Full professional proficiency in written and spoken Danish
• Solid working English
• Strong communication skills
• Customer-focused problem-solving approach
• Curiosity and proactivity
• Comfort working in KPI-driven environments
• Commitment of at least one year
• No prior customer service experience required
• Must not be registered in RKI
• May need to provide criminal record information depending on employment-country regulations

Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls and emails
• Help customers with app questions and account issues
• Meet quality and efficiency targets including talk time message resolution and CSAT
• Share learnings and support colleagues
• Identify patterns and suggest improvements
