Customer Support Agent - Student Worker (Fintech)

Location: Stockholm, Sweden; work takes place in the Stockholm office. Part-time shifts are scheduled on weekdays, weekends, and public holidays during hirify.global's opening hours.

hirify.global is a fully licensed Nordic digital bank building cloud-native, real-time financial services for users in Denmark, Sweden, and Norway.

What you will do

• Answer phone calls and chat messages from users.
• Onboard new users and help them get started with hirify.global.
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls with loan applicants.
• Provide app support and answer questions about hirify.global's products.
• Deliver a positive customer experience through clear, empathetic, and precise communication.

Requirements

• At least 12 months remaining in your studies.
• Fluent Swedish and English, both written and verbal.
• Availability for 15–20 hours per week, primarily during evenings and weekends.
• Enjoy speaking on the phone and handling unpredictable customer inquiries.
• Demonstrate a proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented attitude.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in the service industry.
