About the Role
You will act as a hands-on technical architect connecting customer requirements with technical solutions. You will deliver deployments, configurations, upgrades, maintenance, troubleshooting, integrations, and knowledge transfer in customer environments while advising customers, improving architectures, resolving issues, and maintaining technical documentation.
Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on technical experience integrating products in complex environments
- Experience using and debugging APIs
- Experience with Kubernetes deployments and network issues
- Experience as a Technical Solutions Architect, Solutions Engineer, Pre-Sales Engineer, Technical Account Manager, or equivalent
- Experience with corporate IT environments including virtualization, VDI, backup, and application management
- Experience with DevOps build and testing processes
- Experience with release management and product lifecycle management
- Strong knowledge of Linux, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker, Ansible, Terraform, Python, YAML, and Shell
- Ability to deploy and integrate simple and complex solutions into existing production environments
- Knowledge of SQL database management
- Software development experience preferably in Go, Java, or Python
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to travel regularly to visit customers
Responsibilities
- Deliver technology services across the product lifecycle
- Plan, install, and integrate solutions in physical, virtual, and hybrid IT environments
- Customize and integrate products in customer environments
- Perform upgrades and troubleshooting
- Maintain customer relationships and support adoption, retention, and satisfaction
- Act as a strategic technical advisor
- Identify customer needs and requirements
- Advocate customer needs and issues
- Transfer product knowledge to customers and partners
- Resolve client issues with engineering support
- Organize and improve technical and user documentation
