Sales Engineer (BIM & Engineering)

Location: UAE - Dubai DIC; logistics specify Cairo, Egypt — onsite. Travel required up to 30%.

What you will do

• Lead technical demonstrations and presentations of hirify.global’s AECO product suite for prospective and existing customers.
• Deliver tailored Proof of Concept presentations and technical validation for complex engineering challenges.
• Represent hirify.global as a technical subject matter expert at trade shows, roadshows, and industry events.
• Partner with sales and marketing to develop technical win strategies and localized demo datasets.
• Share regional market trends and product feedback with product management to support localization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Structural or Civil Engineering.
• 3–5 years of construction industry experience in design, detailing, or fabrication management.
• Expert proficiency in Tekla Structures is mandatory.
• At least 2 years of experience in technical sales or application engineering within construction technology.
• Strong presentation skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts fluently in English.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English is mandatory.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Tekla Structural Designer, Tekla PowerFab, or hirify.global Connect.
• Understanding of BIM execution plans and modern cloud collaboration trends.
