Staff Software Engineer (.NET)

Location: Remote position for U.S.-based applicants; Overland Park, Kansas. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

What you will do

• Lead the design and architecture of major systems and services.
• Build scalable, reliable, maintainable software aligned with client and business needs.
• Define and prioritize technical requirements with solution managers, engineers, data scientists, and other stakeholders.
• Resolve complex, high-priority issues across development and production environments.
• Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and support the growth and effectiveness of other engineers.
• Evaluate new technologies and AI capabilities, improve software performance, and ensure automated unit, integration, and other testing processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 8–12 years of related professional experience.
• Proficiency in C#/.NET and PostgreSQL or SQL.
• Proficiency with cloud technologies, preferably GCP.
• Experience with React or Angular.
• Experience with Playwright or similar automated testing tools.

Nice to have

• Healthcare financial industry experience.
• Experience with Azure CI/CD and Terraform.
• Experience with monitoring tools, preferably New Relic.
