IT Recruitment Operations Specialist – Mid to Senior Level

Location: Lisbon, Portugal; hybrid work with up to 2 remote days per week

What you will do

• Manage candidate pipelines in the applicant tracking system, ensuring timely progression and closure of roles.
• Publish job openings across multiple recruitment channels.
• Maintain accurate, real-time candidate and process data in the ATS.
• Follow recruitment workflows, meet deadlines, and identify process bottlenecks.
• Coordinate multi-channel talent campaigns with marketing teams to attract qualified candidates.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Experience managing high-volume candidate pipelines with strong data accuracy.
• Strong operational mindset, attention to detail, and ability to follow workflows precisely.
• Collaborative approach when working with recruiters and marketing teams.
• Fluent English and Portuguese.
• Existing legal right to work in the European Union is required.
