Sr. Director, Executive Recruiting

Location: United States — New York — New York City; office-based role. Candidates must have permanent authorization to work in the United States.

Annual base salary: $214,900–$358,100, plus a 22.5% bonus target and eligibility for a share-based long-term incentive program.

What you will do

• Establish and lead global executive recruiting for VP-and-above roles and other senior or sensitive positions.
• Run end-to-end executive searches from intake with hiring executives through offer and close.
• Develop search strategies, target-company lists, candidate profiles, and direct sourcing approaches.
• Design structured selection processes, including executive panels and interview calibration.
• Manage executive candidate experience and advise senior business and HR leaders on talent decisions.
• Manage executive search-firm relationships, contracts, fees, slate quality, and performance accountability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 12+ years of talent acquisition experience, including substantial executive search experience.
• Deep understanding of executive hiring, labor markets, and global executive compensation frameworks.
• Experience negotiating and managing external search-firm relationships.
• People leadership experience, including developing and coaching others.
• Experience working in a large, matrixed enterprise, preferably in a regulated or pharma/biotech environment.
• Permanent U.S. work authorization is required; U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
