What you will do

• Build, hire, develop, and retain a product management team across multiple experience levels.
• Own the product strategy, portfolio vision, roadmap, and complete product lifecycle for the High-Performance AI and Compute product line.
• Identify market opportunities and guide product definitions, business cases, competitive analyses, and resource prioritization.
• Manage product pipeline health, KPIs, pricing strategies, cost structures, margin targets, and portfolio profitability.
• Establish scalable product management processes, launch frameworks, documentation standards, training programs, and governance structures.
• Align engineering, marketing, sales, and senior leadership while driving collaboration across global offices.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, or related roles.
• Hands-on experience managing and launching products for data centers, servers, telecom, networking, or computing markets.
• Understanding of power management applications and products, with a track record of driving revenue growth and market adoption.
• Strong strategic, analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, communication, interpersonal, and change-leadership skills.
• Ability to influence across teams, geographies, and cultures and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

• Master’s degree or MBA.
