Senior IT Project Manager

Location: Remote Arizona, United States; occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required.

Salary: $104,000–$143,000 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Oversee complex system projects and programs from planning through execution.
• Assemble and lead project teams, identify resources, and develop delivery schedules.
• Manage stakeholder partnerships, project risks, issues, and technical approaches.
• Coordinate team activities and manage interdependencies across related projects.
• Set program strategies and lead execution to deliver longer-term business value.

Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of Customer Experience Team (CXP).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of technical experience.
• Experience with technical product selection, technical design, and practical implementation of IT solutions.
• Ability to work from a dedicated home workspace with internet service providing at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds.
• Ability to protect member PHI and HIPAA information while working from home.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Business Administration.
• Experience with data warehouse, decision support, and reporting system environments.
• Knowledge of Oracle and IBM relational database management systems, executive information systems, and statistical software packages.
• Knowledge of COBOL, CICS, DB2, ASP, COM, .NET, and SQL.
• Six Sigma or Project Management Institute certification and experience in the health solutions industry.
