Senior Project Manager - Digital / IT (SDLC Methodologies, Life Science)

Location: Fully remote; role associated with Coralville, Iowa, United States

Annual salary: $85,000–$130,000, plus eligibility for bonus or incentive pay

What you will do

• Plan and manage strategic IT projects across application, infrastructure, platform, and digital domains.
• Develop project plans covering scope, schedules, dependencies, risks, and resource requirements.
• Ensure projects follow delivery methodologies, enterprise standards, and governance processes.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders, resolving issues and escalating when appropriate.
• Track project risks, issues, and dependencies through governance channels.
• Provide timely status reporting on milestones, risks, and delivery health.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Project management and hirify.global Business System certification or equivalent knowledge.
• At least five years of project management experience is preferred.
• Experience with project management and SDLC methodologies and tools.
• Demonstrated mastery of process change, product development, manufacturing, or software development.
• Strong written and verbal communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.

Nice to have

• Experience applying traditional, agile, or hybrid project management approaches.
• Ability to influence, motivate, drive collaboration, and assess performance across project team members.
