IT Project Manager III (Network Infrastructure)

Location: Tampa, Florida, United States; hybrid work with on-campus attendance and remote work 1–2 days per week

What you will do

• Lead planning, coordination, and delivery of complex network infrastructure projects, including building upgrades, construction, and modernization.
• Define project scope, objectives, budgets, schedules, dependencies, risks, change control, and quality requirements.
• Coordinate clients, technical teams, vendors, senior leadership, and other stakeholders to align priorities and deliverables.
• Apply governance practices, project documentation standards, SAFe, and Agile methodologies to improve delivery visibility and responsiveness.
• Mentor cross-functional project teams and promote data-informed decision-making and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Information Systems, or a qualifying master’s degree with four years of relevant experience.
• Six years of IT project management experience leading large-scale network infrastructure and cloud computing initiatives, or four years with a qualifying master’s degree.
• Four years of experience applying PMP methodology and four years of product management experience in networking.
• Experience with project management tools, network infrastructure, and cloud computing.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Employment is conditional upon meeting all U.S. employment eligibility requirements.
