What you will do
- Run structured, end-to-end recruitment processes across a portfolio of roles.
- Design creative sourcing and outreach strategies for hard-to-fill positions while building diverse pipelines.
- Analyze recruitment data, identify bottlenecks, and implement automation to improve time-to-hire.
- Deliver a transparent, human, and efficient candidate experience from initial contact through offers and onboarding handoffs.
- Coach hiring managers on inclusive, data-backed interviewing and fair hiring practices.
- Manage recruitment tools, pipeline priorities, offers, and strategic candidate engagement projects.
Requirements
- Seasoned full-lifecycle recruiting experience with a track record of structured, efficient, and inclusive hiring.
- Strong candidate experience and recruitment process management skills.
- Ability to use analytics and market trends to improve workflows and identify hiring bottlenecks.
- Experience with sourcing tools, recruitment technology, automation, and pipeline management.
- Ability to partner with hiring teams and apply inclusive hiring practices.
