Chief of Staff Execution Lead (Logistics)

What you will do

• Own discrete, high-priority internal projects from scoping through delivery and handover.
• Coordinate contributors, track inputs, and ensure the right work is delivered on time.
• Monitor actions, owners, and deadlines across leadership forums, escalating blockers with evidence.
• Move initiatives from discussion to decision to delivery by proposing practical solutions.
• Identify operational friction and implement process, workflow, tooling, and automation improvements.
• Help establish a centre of excellence for efficient planning, execution, and delivery across teams.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment.
• End-to-end project delivery experience, including pushing initiatives through resistance.
• Strong tooling and automation skills, including workflow tools, process automation, or building practical solutions from scratch.
• Hands-on experience with modern productivity and AI tools and the ability to learn new tools quickly.
• Exceptional organisation, follow-through, resilience, persistence, and judgement.
• Confident direct communication with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
