Location: Brookhaven, Mississippi, United States; onsite at 2200 Manufacturers Blvd NE

Annual salary: $65,500–$98,000, plus performance-based bonuses and potential regional pay, stock, or other compensation.

What you will do

• Implement the business plan for the assigned area by communicating goals, managing staffing and scheduling, assigning duties, and coordinating workloads.
• Monitor productivity by preparing, reviewing, and analyzing business reports.
• Maintain quality and safety standards by training associates on logistics and company policies and monitoring compliance.
• Resolve associate, customer, and supplier concerns by identifying corrective actions and making recommendations.
• Supervise and develop associates and leaders through performance feedback, coaching, training, hiring, promotion, and evaluation.
• Build high-performing teams, promote inclusion and integrity, serve customers and members, and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field plus one year of supervisory experience; or a bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Alternatively, one year of Walmart Logistics Management experience, two years of Walmart Logistics experience, or two years of supervisory experience.
• Ability to work at the Brookhaven, Mississippi facility.
