Fulfillment Supervisor - Annex (M-TH, Nightshift)

Location: Jacksonville, Florida, USA; onsite at the Annex Building. Monday–Thursday, 4:30pm–3:00am ET.

Salary: $60,000–$70,000 per year.

What you will do

• Lead a fulfillment center department across inbound, outbound, value-added services, or related operations.
• Manage 15–35 hourly warehouse associates, drivers, clerks, and seasonal staff.
• Set expectations, provide performance and development feedback, and coordinate daily planning with supervisors and functional partners.
• Maintain standard operating procedures and training documents while ensuring appropriate staffing and cross-training.
• Track and report performance against goals, support financial processes, and partner with HR and recruiting on hiring.
• Lead continuous-improvement projects while maintaining daily operations, safety, quality, and customer-service standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution-center environment.
• Experience supervising, training, coaching, motivating, and developing employees.
• Strong verbal and written communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is required; warehouse management system experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and stand or walk for up to 12 hours during shifts.

Nice to have

• College degree.
• More than 5 years of experience in a distribution-center supervisor role.
