What you will do

• Drive the technical direction and software architecture of the AdvanCloud SaaS platform.
• Translate business vision and product ideas into concrete technical solutions and actionable development plans.
• Lead and coordinate a multidisciplinary engineering team using Agile/Scrum processes.
• Oversee AWS cloud infrastructure, focusing on reliability, observability, and cost efficiency.
• Guide the integration and experimentation of AI-related initiatives and chatbot solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and external partners on third-party integrations and platform dependencies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in software management, specifically leading cloud platforms.
• Proven track record in people leadership and cloud-native software architecture.
• Proficiency with AWS and modern backend development.
• Fluent English proficiency (C1).
• Must be a resident of the EU or hold an EU work permit.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of security and compliance frameworks.
• Experience with RFID, IoT, or retail technology.
• Proficiency in Catalan or Spanish.
