Platform Engineering Tech Lead (Cloud Infrastructure) (AWS/Kubernetes): Building and operating cloud and platform capabilities for a scalable, multi-brand iGaming platform with an accent on AWS edge technologies, infrastructure automation, observability, and reliability. Focus on leading incident response and root-cause analysis, designing resilient production systems, and driving platform evolution through Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, and modern cloud engineering practices.

What you will do
- Provide hands-on technical leadership for cloud, edge, and platform engineering initiatives.
- Shape technical solutions with Architects, define technical approaches, conduct POCs, and review implementations.
- Coach and unblock engineers, distribute knowledge, support technical assessments, and conduct code reviews.
- Lead technical incident response and root-cause analysis, ensuring resilient production systems and rollback strategies.
- Improve AWS-based platform capabilities through automation, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, and modernisation.
- Collaborate with Kubernetes, Observability, Delivery, Security, and Architecture teams.
Requirements
- Strong production experience with AWS and cloud engineering.
- Experience with AWS edge and networking technologies, including CloudFront, Route 53, WAF, load balancing, CDN, and edge computing.
- Working knowledge of Kubernetes, containerised platforms, and collaboration with Kubernetes specialists.
- Strong experience with Terraform, Ansible, Infrastructure as Code, automation, and modern CI/CD practices.
- Hands-on experience with code, infrastructure, configuration, troubleshooting, observability, reliability, logs, metrics, traces, and SLOs.
- Experience mentoring engineers, leading technical discussions, explaining trade-offs and risks, and providing technical leadership without formal management authority.
