Senior Backend Engineer (Python, Pensions)

What you will do

• Join the Pensions team as a backend engineer.
• Design and build scalable systems using Python.
• Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams to deliver product features.
• Write clean, maintainable code and contribute to technical decisions.
• Own solutions end to end and troubleshoot production issues.

Requirements

• Senior-level backend engineering experience.
• Expertise with Python and backend systems.
• Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively.
• English fluency at C1 level or above is required.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, regulated environments, or startups.
