What you will do

• Identify and resolve operational business challenges by developing streamlined technical roadmaps.
• Design and maintain high-performance web applications and microservices using Python (FastAPI) and MVC architecture.
• Architect and implement internal services and integrations following REST best practices.
• Act as a technical partner to business teams, communicating technical value to non-technical stakeholders.
• Research and adopt new tools to automate manual processes and improve organizational efficiency.
• Manage the full software development lifecycle from data schema design to deployment and operational support.

Requirements

• 5+ years of backend development experience with Python and/or Java.
• Deep knowledge of modern asynchronous frameworks, preferably FastAPI.
• Proven experience building integrated web applications using REST APIs, HTML, and JavaScript.
• Advanced proficiency in PostgreSQL with ability to design schemas and optimize complex queries.
• Solid experience with Unix/Linux systems, Docker, and GitLab CI/CD.
• Strong communication skills to articulate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in the Fintech industry.
• Familiarity with Treasury Management or Compliance (KYC/AML) systems.
