Affiliates Specialist (Performance Marketing)

Location: London, United Kingdom. Hybrid model with 3 days per week in the office and 2 days from home.

What you will do

• Recruit, activate, and manage affiliate and influencer partners across shopping aggregators, voucher-code, cashback, and other categories.
• Grow affiliate relationships and contribute to channel growth targets while managing marketing costs.
• Plan Affiliate and Influencer activities in support of the annual promotional calendar.
• Update reports, analyze campaign performance, and share insights with senior stakeholders.
• Identify performance opportunities and optimize the existing affiliate partner portfolio with the affiliate network team.
• Support channel strategy through ad hoc and project work with senior colleagues and the wider marketing team.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in Affiliates or Growth Partner Marketing.
• Strong interest in e-commerce and a commercial mindset for partner communication and contract negotiations.
• Ability to analyze large datasets and draw actionable insights.
• Good knowledge of Excel, including complex reports, formulas, and pivot tables.
• Understanding of affiliate networks and tracking solutions, including tracking and reporting setup.
• Clear communication of updates and initiatives in line with KPIs and commercial goals.

• Knowledge of Looker.
