Digital Activation Specialist (Ecommerce)

What you will do

• Execute day-to-day trading activities across established ecommerce websites under the guidance of trading leads and managers.
• Manage daily, weekly, and monthly trading reports, analyze business drivers, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Monitor trading performance, customer behaviour, competitor activity, campaigns, promotions, and brand partner updates.
• Manage campaign and promotional critical paths and communicate product priorities and trading plans to digital marketing and optimization teams.
• Coordinate evergreen and seasonal content requirements, improve product content, and resolve issues affecting sales and conversion.
• Set objectives and development plans for Digital Activation Assistants where relevant and represent the Digital Trading Team across the business.

Requirements

• Valid working rights for the UK.
• At least two years of experience in digital trading, ecommerce management, retail, or consumer brand roles.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Advanced user knowledge of Google Analytics, Contentsquare, and Excel.
• Experience working with ecommerce platforms.
• Independent, self-motivated, and proactive approach.

Hiring process
