Product Quality Engineer III (Hardware)

Location: Hybrid role based at the Woodinville, Washington headquarters; requires up to 30% domestic and international travel.

Salary: $95,666–$114,800 USD base salary, plus annual equity awards, an Employee Stock Purchase Plan, and region-specific benefits.

What you will do

• Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Service, and Repair teams from concept through mass production and sustaining.
• Lead early risk assessments using FMEA, NUD processes, and lessons learned.
• Develop mitigation strategies, quality plans, specifications, and test plans to close potential product risks.
• Lead quality escalations and complex issue resolution using 8D and RCCA methodologies.
• Define, implement, and audit quality processes at final assembly, test, and pack sites.
• Communicate quality risks and improvement recommendations to leadership and key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or another technical discipline.
• 4+ years of product development experience, including 2+ years in a quality role for complex electromechanical products.
• Experience with NPI cycles and driving quality improvements during product development.
• Track record of resolving business-critical quality issues.
• Ability to analyze statistical data using tools such as Minitab or JMP.
• Knowledge of DOE, MSA, hypothesis testing, GR&R, and CpK, along with strong written and verbal communication skills.
