Vendor Management Coordinator (Coupa)

Location: Livingston, NJ; New York, NY; Sunnyvale, CA; San Francisco, CA; or Bellevue, WA

Salary: $109,000–$145,000 per year, plus discretionary bonus, equity awards, and benefits based on eligibility.

What you will do

• Process vendor requests end to end in Coupa, including document collection, validation, banking verification, and tax-detail review.
• Configure and maintain vendor catalogs, including item and service data, pricing, and punch-out integrations.
• Manage vendor record updates and enforce verification controls for sensitive changes.
• Audit and clean the vendor master file by resolving duplicate, inactive, and incomplete records.
• Create and maintain Desktop Procedures, SOPs, process flows, and job aids for onboarding, catalog management, maintenance, and cleanup.
• Lead offshore resources, balance workloads, provide training, handle escalations, and report operational metrics to Procurement leadership.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in vendor management, procurement operations, or supplier enablement.
• Hands-on experience with a procurement or procure-to-pay platform; Coupa and catalog management experience are strongly preferred.
• Experience creating DTPs, SOPs, process flows, or diagrams.
• Experience coordinating or managing offshore or distributed teams, ideally with at least 1 year of team leadership or mentoring.
• Understanding of vendor onboarding compliance, tax documentation, banking verification, and fraud-prevention controls.
• Must be eligible to access U.S. export-controlled information under applicable U.S. Government regulations.
