hirify.global develops aerospace and space systems, with this role supporting Airbus CRISA's space electronics manufacturing activities.

What you will do

• Define manufacturing documentation, assembly lists, bills of materials, manufacturing flow charts, and detailed manufacturing instructions.
• Implement design-for-manufacturing rules and review PCBs, assembly drawings, part lists, and bills of materials for manufacturing feasibility, cost, and quality.
• Define jigs, tools, manufacturing files, and dossiers using inputs such as assembly drawings, declared material lists, and declared process lists.
• Optimize manufacturing flows and prepare manufacturing dossier instructions in internal tools including AIC, PAT, and PLD.
• Generate wave selective soldering machine programs and support board manufacturing on the shop floor.
• Provide input for non-conformity resolution and help harmonize processes, assemblies, footprints, and materials across sites.

Requirements

• Higher education degree or master's degree in aeronautical, industrial, or electronic engineering.
• At least five years of experience in manufacturing engineering and industrial organization, including manufacturing systems and Lean practices.
• Significant experience in a similar electronics space manufacturing position.
• Knowledge of ECSS requirements and the ability to translate design definitions into clear manufacturing instructions.
• Knowledge of Windchill and SAP ME.
• English at C1 level required. French is considered an advantage.
