What you will do
- Carry out and update occupational risk assessments and plan preventive activities with the external prevention service.
- Coordinate HSE activities with subcontractors and manage monthly internal and external safety audits.
- Develop HSE procedures, instructions, and forms, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Manage worker health surveillance, the Occupational Safety and Health Committee, and HSE training for all employees.
- Coordinate hygiene measurements, ergonomic improvements, emergency and evacuation plans, crisis procedures, and drills.
- Control chemical safety data sheets, PPE distribution, accident investigations, professional diseases, and compliance with HSE standards.
Requirements
- University degree in Chemistry or Engineering.
- Master's degree in Occupational Risk Prevention, or equivalent relevant experience or training.
- Ability to advise personnel on occupational hazards, prevention, and environmental matters.
- Experience coordinating prevention services, audits, subcontractors, and workplace safety activities.
