Health & Safety Specialist

Location: Hybrid work in Tres Cantos, Madrid, Spain, with international travel and short- to medium-term on-site stays lasting several weeks.

What you will do

• Identify and evaluate occupational risks in the workplace.
• Develop and implement preventive measures to reduce or eliminate identified risks.
• Conduct health and safety inspections and support compliance with current regulations.
• Investigate incidents and occupational accidents, determine their causes, and propose corrective actions.
• Train workers and raise awareness of occupational hazards and preventive measures.
• Collaborate with human resources, production, and maintenance teams to strengthen workplace safety.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role and in HV safety regulation.
• Solid knowledge of occupational risk prevention and applicable national legislation, particularly Royal Decree 1627/1997.
• Strong analytical, communication, and results-oriented skills.
• Fluency in Spanish and English, both spoken and written, is required.
• Willingness to travel internationally and stay on site for short or medium periods of several weeks.
