Salary: €101,000–€174,800 annual base pay

What you will do

• Develop and execute the technical operations and engineering strategy for a growing multiproduct manufacturing site.
• Lead engineering programs covering facilities, manufacturing equipment, automation, critical utilities, maintenance, and reliability.
• Oversee asset lifecycle management, commissioning, qualification, validation, capital projects, facility expansions, and infrastructure upgrades.
• Drive automation, digital modernization, operational reliability, sustainability, productivity, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain inspection readiness and compliance across engineering, maintenance, validation, automation, and utility operations, including CAPA and remediation activities.
• Lead vendor and contractor governance, strategic partnerships, budget management, and a multidisciplinary organization of technical professionals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or an equivalent technical discipline is required; Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Automation, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 10 years of progressive experience in engineering, technical operations, maintenance, reliability, validation, automation, facilities, utilities, or a related function.
• Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment with complex GMP operations.
• Demonstrated leadership of multidisciplinary technical teams and leaders.
• Experience managing capital and operating budgets, external partners, and strategic technical programs for a multiproduct manufacturing site or network.
