What you will do

• Oversee and contribute to a portfolio of patient-centered consulting, scientific, and analytic projects.
• Develop and communicate strategies, insights, and recommendations addressing complex patient science and client issues.
• Plan project resources, monitor delivery, and maintain financial health across multiple engagements.
• Manage client relationships, prepare proposals and contracts, lead bid teams, and support business development.
• Coach project managers and team members while managing 3–4 employees and supporting recruitment, training, and development.
• Prepare reports and presentations, facilitate workshops, and lead initiatives supporting the growth of the Patient-Centered Solutions practice.

Requirements

• Advanced academic degree in public health, epidemiology, psychology, sociology, medical anthropology, health economics, or a related scientific field.
• 5–8 years of experience in at least one relevant field.
• Previous experience in strategic consulting and project management.
• Experience generating or communicating robust clinical data for regulatory submissions, payer use, or publication; exposure to COA/PRO, patient preference research, or HEOR is preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of healthcare regulatory processes and international payer systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, workshop facilitation, report-writing, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in international multidisciplinary teams.
