Strategy and Business Development Principal, International Health (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Lead high-priority strategic projects supporting International Health's growth, performance, and long-term objectives.
• Conduct market, competitor, customer, and industry analysis to identify opportunities, risks, and emerging trends.
• Develop insights, recommendations, business cases, and executive-level presentations for strategic decision-making.
• Support portfolio strategy, annual strategy development, and business planning processes.
• Partner with senior stakeholders across portfolio businesses and enterprise strategy teams to refine priorities and support execution.
• Evaluate growth opportunities, including strategic partnerships, market expansion, organic initiatives, and mergers and acquisitions.

Requirements

• Experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, corporate development, business transformation, or a related discipline.
• Strong financial analysis skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to evaluate business performance and develop robust business cases.
• Experience assessing markets, competitors, customers, and growth opportunities.
• Track record of leading strategic projects from initial analysis through recommendation and implementation.
• Ability to influence senior leaders through clear and compelling communication.
• Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills, including the ability to work across a global, matrixed organization and use AI-enabled tools effectively.
