Prestwick Aerosystems manufactures major aircraft wing structures for Airbus commercial aircraft from its Prestwick site.
What you will do
- Coordinate reward and benefits activity, including salary changes, promotions, bonus payments and employee lifecycle administration.
- Act as a key contact for pension, payroll, benefits and mobility providers, resolving queries and coordinating service delivery.
- Maintain accurate, compliant and up-to-date employee records and people data across HR and payroll systems.
- Produce headcount, reward and people-related reports using employee and financial data.
- Support global mobility processes and employee moves across the wider Airbus organisation.
- Work with employees, leaders, internal stakeholders and external providers to coordinate people-related processes.
Requirements
- Experience supporting reward, benefits, pensions, payroll, global mobility or HR administration activities.
- Experience maintaining employee data and records in HR, payroll or business information systems.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills and experience working with reporting, employee or financial data.
- Experience working with internal stakeholders and external providers to resolve queries and coordinate processes.
- Right to work in the UK is required.
- Right to Work, employment reference and Disclosure Scotland checks apply.
