TL;DR
Learning Business Partner (Training and Learning): Delivering and coordinating learning plans, training events, and onboarding activities across a production business area with an accent on stakeholder management, training administration, and learning needs analysis. Focus on assessing delivery feasibility, managing training providers and learning data, and resolving deployment risks across multiple sites.
Location: Belfast, United Kingdom. Eligibility to gain UK SC Security Clearance is required.

What you will do
- Deploy annual learning plans across assigned business areas and production domains.
- Gather learning needs, assess delivery feasibility, and coordinate priorities with business stakeholders.
- Monitor learning plans, identify risks and challenges, and implement corrective actions.
- Act as the learning focal point, answering business questions and connecting stakeholders with the central learning team.
- Prepare and run Welcome Events and support onboarding and initial training for new employees.
- Represent the Learning team in multifunctional meetings and contribute to local and transnational learning projects.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a Training or Learning Coordinator role.
- HNC or a relevant professional qualification.
- Experience managing stakeholders across multiple sites.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions, automation, and reporting tools.
- Experience designing and delivering training sessions and events.
- Experience procuring and vetting external training providers.
