Employee Benefits Manager (UK Benefits)

Location: Hybrid, with 3 days per week in the Osterley office, London. Candidates must have the right to work in the UK; visa sponsorship is not available.

What you will do

• Develop and execute the UK and Ireland benefits and wellbeing strategy with the Head of Reward.
• Build data-led business cases and deliver an outcomes-based benefits roadmap.
• Lead multi-channel benefits communications and campaigns for frontline and desk-based teams.
• Own the benefits platform, improve user journeys, and manage annual enrolment cycles and vendor integrations.
• Lead benefits due diligence, transition planning, and communications for organisational change, restructures, and M&A activities.
• Oversee healthcare, pensions, risk benefits, share plans, and salary sacrifice operations while managing vendors and compliance.

Requirements

• Relevant qualification or equivalent practical experience in reward, benefits, pensions, HR, or project management.
• Broad knowledge of employee benefits, UK benefits compliance, payroll, employment tax, and data protection.
• Substantial experience in a broad employee benefits role within a large or complex organisation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex benefits topics clearly.
• Experience in project and change management, stakeholder management, commercial delivery, and third-party provider governance.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Excel and PowerPoint, plus responsible use of AI tools such as Copilot.

• Additional qualifications in reward, pensions, project management, or communications.
• Experience with international benefits, mergers, acquisitions, disposals, or corporate separations.
• Experience administering benefits technology, improving UX and content, or owning digital platforms.
• Knowledge of employee listening, benefits benchmarking, campaign measurement, and platform analytics.
