Facilities Technician - Second Shift (Manufacturing)

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, United States; onsite, second shift

What you will do

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, compressed air, and building control systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment and facility issues to reduce unplanned manufacturing downtime.
• Maintain infrastructure including lighting, doors, docks, roofs, floors, and structural components.
• Support equipment installation, relocation, and modification in coordination with production, engineering, and contractors.
• Manage maintenance requests, work orders, records, logs, and CMMS documentation.
• Assist with EHS inspections, audits, corrective actions, utility monitoring, emergency response, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of experience in facilities maintenance, industrial maintenance, or a related trade.
• Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, with the ability to read manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and basic diagnostic equipment.
• Ability to lift more than 50 pounds and work in heat, noise, heights, and confined spaces.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, teamwork, prioritization, safety, and reliability skills.
