Senior Buyer (FTC) (Fashion Retail): Leading product investment, buying, and trading for Coach Women’s Leathergoods across EMEAI, with an accent on outlet performance, SKU-level planning, and financial targets. Focus on forecasting sales and stock, optimizing assortments and allocations, analyzing product performance, and managing trading actions across regional and global teams.
Location: Greater London, United Kingdom; hybrid working with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote. Candidates must already have the right to work in the UK; visa sponsorship is not available.

What you will do
- Lead strategic and operational product investment for Coach Women’s Leathergoods across EMEAI, owning 75–80% of the Outlet business.
- Manage trading, open-to-buy investment, forecasting, sales, stock, markdowns, and end-of-season clearance at SKU level.
- Develop regional assortment strategies, product selections, door assortments, store tiering, and quarterly buying reviews.
- Drive sales and margin performance by identifying in-season opportunities, proposing trading actions, and minimizing investment risk.
- Partner with Inventory Planning, Allocation, Wholesale Sales, and regional and global stakeholders on inventory, launches, promotions, and outlet growth.
- Analyze product performance, customer feedback, consumer trends, competitor activity, and market insights to inform merchandising strategies.
Requirements
- Experience as a Buyer or Planner, including a strong background in Outlet.
- Proven leadership experience managing one or more direct reports.
- Multi-product category expertise, including handbags and accessories.
- Experience in the luxury fashion or accessories market and within a global brand or organization.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and financial skills, with advanced Excel proficiency.
- Proficiency in retail planning systems such as SAP, RPAS, or CORA, plus familiarity with European markets.
