Business Resilience Lead (Business Continuity and Crisis Management): Delivering and maintaining VodafoneThree’s Business Continuity Management System to help critical operations continue and recover effectively from disruption with an accent on continuity planning, resilience testing, and supplier capability assessments. Focus on coordinating crisis response, acting as an on-call Crisis Duty Manager, and driving corrective actions and continuous improvement.
Location: Newbury, United Kingdom; hybrid work with office attendance 2–3 days per week and at least 8 days per month

What you will do
- Deliver and maintain the Business Continuity Management System, supporting business impact assessments and continuity planning.
- Coordinate business continuity testing and validation, track lessons learned, and complete improvement actions.
- Assess critical supplier resilience and drive corrective actions with external partners.
- Respond to customer business continuity requests and enquiries.
- Act as an on-call Crisis Duty Manager, supporting incident assessment, response planning, escalation, and crisis management events, including out-of-hours incidents when required.
- Influence stakeholders and improve organisational resilience frameworks, controls, and preparedness.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in business continuity management, resilience, crisis management, risk management, or a related discipline.
- Experience developing, maintaining, testing, or improving business continuity plans and resilience frameworks.
- Experience working with suppliers, partners, or third parties to improve resilience and operational effectiveness.
- Strong stakeholder relationship-building, influencing, negotiation, planning, prioritisation, and delivery skills.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Availability to support on-call crisis management and out-of-hours incidents when required.
Nice to have
- CBCI, ISO 22301 Lead Implementer, or equivalent certification or experience.
