Commercial Real Estate Transactions Manager (Autonomous Vehicle Infrastructure)

What you will do

• Develop and manage a curated pipeline of commercial real estate opportunities across UK markets.
• Drive multiple transactions from initial interest and LOI through lease or purchase agreement execution.
• Coordinate brokers, landlords, developers, government agencies, Legal, Finance, Technical, and external partners.
• Manage due diligence covering zoning, title, surveys, environmental matters, planning, land use, utilities, and consents.
• Coordinate validation of site buildability and available power capacity, including MW requirements.
• Prepare Investment Committee deal summaries, financial models, pro forma appraisals, valuations, and sensitivity analyses.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of professional experience, including 3+ years in commercial real estate transactions, development, or investment.
• Experience with UK planning policy and statutory consents is required.
• Demonstrated ability to manage transactions from LOI to execution and closing.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills for financial modeling.
• Structured execution, risk identification, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with infrastructure or industrial assets such as data centers, solar farms, logistics facilities, or EV charging.
• Interest in autonomous and electric vehicle infrastructure, power demand, traffic generation, and community consensus.
