🚀 Hiring: AML Compliance Officer (Fintech / Acquiring)
📍 Location: London, UK ( Fully Remote)
We are scaling our compliance team and looking for a proactive AML Compliance Officer with hands-on experience in acquiring, PSP/EMI, and card schemes.
Target Profile:
EU professionals (Baltics, Bulgaria, Poland, Romania, etc.) currently based in London, bringing a structured European fintech mindset to the UK market.
Your Impact:
• Drive merchant risk scoring & KYC/KYB onboarding.
• Design and optimize Transaction Monitoring rules.
• Ensure seamless FCA & Card Scheme (Visa/MC) compliance.
• Champion "compliance by design" for new products.
Must-Haves:
• Proven AML/Compliance experience in a licensed PSP, EMI, or Acquirer.
• Deep domain knowledge of acquiring, card schemes, and merchant risk.
• Currently based in London.
• English (C1/C2) mandatory; Russian (C1) is a strong plus.
