What you will do

• Partner with Faculties, Schools, Professional Services Directorates, and key functions.
• Act as a trusted advisor and coach to senior leaders.
• Shape and deliver initiatives covering talent, succession, organisational and workforce design, development, performance, and culture.
• Understand organisational priorities and diagnose people-related needs.
• Connect stakeholders with Centres of Excellence and ensure solutions are embedded effectively.
• Help build inclusive, high-performing environments through influence and collaboration.

Requirements

• Experienced HR professional.
• Strong ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
• Experience supporting organisational change and delivering meaningful people solutions.
