Vice President, Human Resources

Location: Pittsburgh, PA, United States; hybrid. The role supports a globally distributed workforce across North America and EMEA and includes occasional travel to international offices.

What you will do

• Lead HR operations and people programmes across North America, EMEA and APAC.
• Manage and develop a globally distributed HR team, including four direct reports and second-line leadership responsibility.
• Partner with the CEO and senior leaders on workforce planning, talent decisions and organisational effectiveness.
• Drive employee relations, performance management, HR operations and compliance.
• Collaborate with Finance and Legal on business priorities and sustainable growth.
• Use people data and insights to improve processes, manager effectiveness and employee experience.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience.
• Experience operating across multiple international jurisdictions, including EMEA.
• Strong expertise in HR operations, employee relations and performance management.
• Experience leading and developing HR teams.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and make sound business-oriented decisions.
• Experience partnering with Legal, Finance and operational leaders, with strong communication skills and executive presence.

• Background in software, SaaS or technology organisations.
• Experience in globally distributed or high-growth organisations.
