Final Mile Manager (Logistics)

What you will do

• Lead Final Mile Partners and 3PL relationships across designated hub operations.
• Oversee daily hub activities, morning loadouts, standups, and adherence to standard operating procedures.
• Monitor cost per stop, order cycle time, on-time delivery, returns, exchanges, and customer satisfaction.
• Support local store management, attend store transfer deliveries, and resolve delivery failures and escalations.
• Conduct on-site operational audits and identify improvement opportunities with 3PL Provider Management.
• Approve 3PL invoices for billing accuracy and provide product and assembly information for delivery-team training.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in logistics or home delivery operations.
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.
• Must be able to work on-site, typically starting at 6:00 a.m., use a personal vehicle for ride-alongs and store visits, and attend recurring physical delivery operations.
• Ability to carry and move furniture weighing up to 150 lbs., maintain customer confidentiality, resolve conflicts, analyze business challenges, and collaborate with internal and external partners.
