Claims Research and Resolution Prof (Healthcare)

Location: Remote Illinois, United States. Occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required.

Salary: $59,300–$80,900 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Manage claims operations involving customer contact, investigation, and settlement of claims.
• Approve claim settlements made for or against hirify.global.
• Research pending calls and claims to determine appropriate resolutions.
• Work with insurance companies, providers, members, and collection services.
• Apply department, segment, and organizational strategies to daily claims work.

Requirements

• Less than five years of technical experience.
• Passion for improving consumer experiences.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Must work remotely from Illinois and maintain a dedicated, interruption-free workspace to protect member PHI and HIPAA information.
• Home internet must provide at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds.
