Salary: $40,000–$45,000 per year.

What you will do

• Manage an individual caseload of in-process life insurance applications from application creation through underwriting and placement.
• Request and obtain underwriting requirements from clients and review underwriting decisions for better customer options.
• Learn and apply carrier workflows, application procedures, underwriting processes, and supporting software systems.
• Collaborate with sales, customer service, customer success, and quality assurance teams on operational projects.
• Improve process efficiency and deliver a seamless, transparent customer experience.

Requirements

• 1+ years of work experience in life insurance case management.
• Willingness to obtain a life insurance license.
• Customer-centered approach with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Effective listening skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide and receive actionable feedback.
• Ability to organize and prioritize cases so they are processed, issued, and placed on time.
• Professional verbal and written communication with clients and internal stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Life insurance agent or broker license.
