Space Systems IBP Management Specialist

Location: Getafe Area (Madrid), Spain; hybrid working model when possible.

What you will do

• Apply end-to-end Integrated Business Planning governance to translate business targets into financial and operational resource requirements.
• Synchronize S&OP, financial, and headcount planning processes to improve data quality and integrity.
• Maintain and evolve CANOPY, OPTIM, and QLIK as the single source of truth for workload and workforce data.
• Monitor workload and workforce metrics, build live dashboards, and analyze data for strategic portfolio decisions.
• Collaborate with business partners and represent the organization in internal IBP forums.
• Drive continuous-improvement roadmaps, Agile solutions, and IBP concept training.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Professional experience in IBP, S&OP, or strategic resource and workload management.
• Adaptability with complex topics, a strong change-management mindset, Agile problem-solving skills, and the ability to coordinate extensive stakeholder networks.
• Advanced written and spoken English and Spanish.
• Advanced knowledge of workload and workforce management platforms, CANOPY, OPTIM, QLIK, data architecture, and predictive modeling principles.

Nice to have

• Experience in organizational transformation or Joint Ventures.
• Change-management certification.
• Expertise in driver-based resource modeling.
