Business Process Architect (Pharmaceutical Industry)

What you will do

• Develop, document, and maintain enterprise-level process architecture linking strategic objectives to operational execution.
• Lead process mapping and modelling for manufacturing, quality control, supply chain, sales, R&D, and supporting functions using BPMN, APQC, SCOR, or equivalent standards.
• Align process designs with corporate strategy, regulatory requirements, and pharmaceutical industry best practices.
• Identify opportunities for process simplification, automation, and performance improvement, and partner with digital transformation colleagues to implement solutions.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives, including idea pipelines, governance frameworks, project delivery, stakeholder engagement, and solution adoption.
• Act as a bridge between operational teams, IT, and senior leadership while leading workshops and training for process adoption.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Professional certification such as CBAP, CBPA, or an equivalent qualification.
• At least 5 years of experience in business process transformation, digital transformation, AI, or technology implementation.
• Strong project management, analytical, communication, facilitation, leadership, conflict management, and organizational change skills.
• Business English proficiency required.
