Manager, Performance & Strategy (Quick Commerce)

What you will do

• Connect Commercial, Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, Technology, and Finance decisions across markets and brands.
• Structure open-ended strategic questions and develop clear, evidence-based points of view.
• Create executive-ready documents and presentations for leadership and regional forums.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives, coordination, progress tracking, and follow-up without direct authority.
• Partner with modelling and BI teams to validate strategic narratives with data.
• Support budgeting, resource allocation, financial reviews, growth and profitability planning, and the company OKR process.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in strategy, consulting, corporate development, programme management, or a generalist role in a fast-moving business.
• Strong structured storytelling skills, with the ability to explain complex situations concisely in written and spoken form.
• Systems thinking and the ability to assess interdependencies and second-order effects across functions.
• Strong commercial literacy and confidence interrogating financial models.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to interpret country P&Ls and investment proposals and derive actionable recommendations from them.
