Director, SaaS Migration Program Execution (m/w/d) (SaaS/cloud migration): Leading the global migration of CCH Tagetik customers from legacy deployment and commercial models to a strategic SaaS platform with an accent on portfolio governance, customer transition, and cross-functional execution. Focus on sequencing migration waves, resolving complex commercial and technical dependencies, planning delivery capacity, and realizing cloud ARR and customer retention targets.

Location: Hybrid role based in Garching, Germany; applicants may be required to appear onsite at a hirify.global office during the interview process.

What you will do

• Own the global SaaS migration portfolio, including customer prioritization, sequencing, migration waves, and measurable business outcomes.
• Lead the Migration Execution Office and coordinate Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, Cloud Operations, Finance, Legal, Product, and consulting partners.
• Establish governance forums, KPIs, dashboards, reporting, escalation management, and commercial approval processes.
• Oversee technical and commercial migrations for on-premise customers from qualification and assessment through implementation, testing, go-live, and optimization.
• Lead commercial migrations for existing cloud customers transitioning to new packaging and pricing models.
• Improve migration methodologies, capacity planning, operational playbooks, automation, and execution scalability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience leading large-scale transformation, cloud migration, SaaS transition, or customer lifecycle programs.
• Experience managing complex enterprise customer implementations and migrations.
• Strong program management, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
• Experience driving execution across commercial, technical, and services organizations.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise software, SaaS business models, or subscription transitions.
• Experience managing global customer transformation programs.
• Knowledge of cloud migration methodologies and enterprise application modernization.
• Familiarity with commercial transformation, pricing migrations, and customer retention programs.
