Lead Data Solutions Analyst (Healthcare)

Location: Remote-based in Pennsylvania, United States; travel requirement is 0%–25%.

What you will do

• Work with customers, data software engineers, data architects, capability managers, vendors, and project teams to define needs and deliver complex data and reporting solutions.
• Create and maintain data sets, operational reports, analytical dashboards, and related project documentation.
• Lead or collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data challenges and deliver data-driven insights across project phases.
• Translate business needs into detailed requirements, evaluate solution alternatives, and support cost-benefit analysis and vendor solution decisions.
• Lead requirements testing, including test plans, scenarios, documentation, defect management, and analysis of customer impacts.
• Provide subject-matter expertise, strategic direction, risk analysis, and mentorship to data analysts and project teams.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in IS/IT.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, business management, information technology, information systems, or a related field.
• Advanced analytical, problem-solving, communication, reporting, SQL, project management, customer service, and leadership skills.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional projects and resolving issues involving multiple systems.
• Ability to ensure compliance with applicable standards, HIPAA, data security guidelines, and company policies.
• Preferred experience includes process improvement, project management, health insurance, and healthcare.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a relevant business or information technology field.
• Six Sigma certification.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
