Data Analyst II (Telehealth)

What you will do

• Own analytics for one or more business areas from problem framing through recommendations.
• Turn ambiguous business questions into structured analyses with limited guidance.
• Write, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL queries across multiple data sources while maintaining data integrity.
• Use SQL, Excel, R, and Python to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in health-related and telemedicine data.
• Build and maintain KPI frameworks, dashboards, and visualizations used for business decisions.
• Partner with finance, operations, and customer success stakeholders to shape data needs and drive improvements to data collection and analysis processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as a data analyst or in a similar role.
• Hands-on SQL expertise, including independently writing and troubleshooting queries.
• Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Ability to work independently through ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and communicate stakeholder-ready recommendations.
• Must be based in the United States.

• Proficiency in Zoho Analytics.
