Data Analyst II (Telehealth)

What you will do

• Own analytics for one or more business areas, from framing business problems through delivering recommendations.
• Scope ambiguous business questions into structured analyses with limited guidance.
• Write, troubleshoot, optimize, and use SQL to pull, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Apply statistical techniques and tools including SQL, Excel, R, and Python to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in health-related and telemedicine data.
• Build and maintain KPI frameworks, dashboards, and visualizations used for business decisions.
• Partner with finance, operations, and customer success stakeholders and drive improvements to data collection and analysis processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as a data analyst or in a similar role.
• Hands-on SQL depth is required, including the ability to write and troubleshoot queries independently.
• Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Ability to work independently through ambiguity and manage competing priorities without close oversight.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to translate complex data into stakeholder-ready recommendations that drive action.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Zoho Analytics is strongly preferred.
