Salary: GBP 50,000 - GBP 65,000 yearly

What you will do

• Lead the delivery of engineering work packages to meet agreed cost, schedule, and quality targets.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams and stakeholders to drive progress and manage dependencies.
• Monitor project schedules, resource allocation, budgets, and overall delivery performance.
• Identify and mitigate risks and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle to ensure successful delivery.
• Support bid, change, and growth activities, including planning and solution development.

Requirements

• Must be willing and eligible to obtain SC clearance.
• Proven experience in engineering project or work package management within complex technical environments.
• Strong expertise in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
• Experience working within Defence, Aerospace, Naval, or Security sectors.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a relevant technical military background.
• Ability to coordinate activities across the full engineering lifecycle.

Nice to have

• Background in Systems, Software, Hardware, or Electronics Engineering.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6, MS Project, Jira, DOORS, or Confluence.
• Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) methodologies.
• Experience with radar, communications, mission systems, or underwater systems.
